My name is Amy Hawkins and this is my second year teaching first grade at New Brockton Elementary. I live in Dothan, AL where I graduated from Dothan High School in 2014. I went on to pursue my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Troy University and graduated in December of 2018. I finished the school year long-term substituting in Kindergarten and Pre-K at Zion Chapel. In 2019 I found my home at NBES and have loved it ever since! I believe it is my purpose in life to teach little ones. I am passionate about encouraging young minds to think. I look forward to a great year!
